Cloudflare provides the website and database infrastructure. Sign-in and order emails and messages from forms are sent through Webglobe email services. For One delivery, we provide the carrier with the contact and delivery details and, where relevant, the selected pickup point identifier needed to deliver the order. The One pickup point map loads only when you click to select a location; when you use it, the provider receives technical browser data and any searches made in the map. The relevant bank and carrier may receive the information needed to process payment and fulfil the order.
Using Cloudflare services may involve processing data outside the European Union. Data transfer and protection are governed by GDPR and the relevant providers' contractual documentation. We have not appointed a data protection officer. We do not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling. If you have questions about personal data, contact us at info@rafkarna.cz or call +420 602 261 528.

We use the essential __Host-rafkarna-session cookie for sign-in, valid for no more than 30 days. We also use the essential __Host-rafkarna-guest cookie for secure guest shopping and access to your own order, valid for no more than 30 days. It is secured for HTTPS and cannot be accessed by JavaScript. Your basket and checkout progress may be stored in your browser's local storage. These details enable the shopping process.
The new website does not itself run GA4 or Meta Pixel. YouTube videos load only after a click. When you open external services such as YouTube, Reservio or Road Stage, those services' terms also apply.
